Does everyone have 24 hours per day?
No. I will tell you how to add at least 4 hours per day. Any side effects?! Yes, there are 3
Will increase your happiness by 3 times
Reduce your accidents at least 50%
Enhance your relationship inside and outside your home by several times.
How many thoughts do you have per day, and what percentage of them are truly useful? Are 90% or 95% not useful?
So, in 24 hours we use only few hours?!
Let us talk about the remaining thoughts.
What percentage of them bring unhappy feelings like anger, fear, worry, resentment, or regret? And that… you know… I know … you do most of the time thinking about it….
So, what if we could wipe all those thoughts away? Wouldn’t we have empty space? A peacefulness that could be used for something productive ? Like watching YouTube ads.
Consider how your thoughts arise and what happens afterward. Have you seen bubbles in a fish tank rising from the bottom? The same thing happens in our minds: is it not? bubble after bubble randomly pops up.
Yeh, I am talking about thought bubbles from head not from other end.
Without our attention, a bubble becomes a picture, which then turns into a movie.
It could be drama, horror, action, sad, or rarely funny…
This movie then translates into hormones and neurotransmitters, depending on the movie’s nature. That’s how/when we feel sensations in our body, all starting from that single bubble.
What if we could censor that movie or, even better, stop it at the picture level? Or even better, stop it at the bubble level?
No conversion to hormones or neurotransmitters. No pain. No censor for happy movies.
Remember when your sibling used to blow soap bubbles, and you’d pop them, driving them crazy? This time we do that inside our mind…
When do we get thoughts? Often when we’re doing routine tasks that don’t require our full attention. What if we redirected that unused energy to something else? What else? Let’s use that energy to monitor itself, like pouring water back to the tank. This will reduce the bubbles because the energy required to bubble up is occupied not idle.
How to do it step by step:
Part 1: popping bubbles
- 1. When you not doing tasks that require your focus, such as operating machinery with moving parts, cutting hair, or that… 😉 , to avoid accidents.
- 2. Sit or stand straight, keep your body relaxed, close your eyes if possible but not required. Relax your tongue and position the tip slightly below the soft spot behind your lower front teeth.
- 3. Bring your attention inside your head and watch for the next bubble to form. Catch it as soon as it appears. Don’t strain; Gently observe, as if look at a newborn baby. not your spouse …
- 4. Imagine poking the bubble with your finger, causing it to burst into water droplets.
- 5. Exhale slowly, pushing those droplets out of your body into the atmosphere.
- 6. Don’t inhale immediately; let the breath return naturally. Keeping the breath out makes it harder for new bubbles to form.
- 7. Celebrate each success quietly within yourself, as if scoring in your favorite game. This releases dopamine, providing encouragement to continue.
- 8. Return your focus inside your head and watch for the next bubble.
- 9. Repeat the process as long as you wish and as often as you remember.

Part 2: energy distribution
- 10. visualize a blue neon oval disc shape ray descending from the top of your head down to your feet. Move your attention with the ring from your head to your feet, then back from head again. Repeat until the accumulated energy disperses throughout your body. Moving your attention with the ring is crucial for effective energy distribution.
